By accessing or using the RIDEMA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
RIDEMA provides a cloud-based food safety management platform including HACCP planning, digital logbook, deviation tracking, document control, traceability, supplier management, and reporting tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data entered into the RIDEMA platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized users within your organization.
5. Intellectual Property
The RIDEMA platform, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by RIDEMA and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
RIDEMA is provided as a management tool to assist with food safety compliance. It does not replace professional food safety advice, regulatory consultation, or certified auditing. We are not liable for any food safety incidents or regulatory penalties.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you may export it. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
