We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details) and usage data (page views, feature usage, device information). We do not collect personal health data unless explicitly entered by you for medical fitness records.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the RIDEMA platform, communicate with you about your account, send service updates, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share information only with: infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) for hosting; analytics tools for usage insights; and when required by law. All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security for data isolation, regular security audits, and access controls. See our Security page for details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, data is retained for 90 days for export purposes, then permanently deleted. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 additional days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You may request a full data export at any time through the platform settings or by contacting us.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are used only in aggregate form.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
